Sub-outsourcing definition

Sub-outsourcing means a situation where the service provider under an outsourcing arrangement further transfers a process, a service or an activity, or parts thereof, to another service provider.
Sub-outsourcing means a situation where Kyndryl further transfers its obligations to provide the Services under the Agreement to another service provider. All capitalized terms used but not defined in this Addendum have the same means ascribed to them in the Agreement (as hereby amended).
Sub-outsourcing means a situation where the service provider under an outsourcing arrangement further transfers an outsourced service or activity to another service provider.
