Sub-Merchant definition

Sub-Merchant means a Merchant whose Merchant Agreement is not entered into with Bank or Company but rather is entered into with a Service Provider which acts as a PSP with respect to such Merchant.”;

  • If, as a result of the investigation, the Payment Agency approves a store to use Cards as a Sub-Merchant, then the Payment Agency will disclose the information pertaining to such store to PPCD.
