Sub-Members definition

Sub-Members means each and every Owner of a Land Unit, from time to time, collectively forming, and being members of the Sub-Association at any time;
Sub-Members means each Owner of a Land Unit, from time to time, collectively forming the Sub- Associations and which Sub-Associations have been grouped together as per the General Plans;

Examples of Sub-Members in a sentence

  • It is recorded that the Owners or Occupants of the additional land, will ipso facto become Sub-Members of the Association and will be subject to all the rights and obligations of a Sub-Member, as provided for in this Constitution, including, but not limited to, the payment of levies.
