Sub-Lots definition

Sub-Lots shall refer to classifications given to each product to define which percent markup is applied within each of the two Lots. Sub-lots for each Lot are detailed in SECTION 15 PERCENT MARKUP.

Examples of Sub-Lots in a sentence

  • Since there may be a time lapse between the opening of bids and the start of the contract, if the time elapsed exceeds the update frequency in the Section 16, Purchases from Price Guide and Price Changes, the relevant Sub-Lots of the Price Guide submitted by the Contractor will be adjusted to reflect any increase or decrease to the cost for each item using the method detailed in Section 16, Purchases from Price Guide and Price Changes.

  • These Sub-Lots are based on specialised research skills e.g.: evaluations, systematic reviews and survey methods amongst others.

  • For each Lot & Sub-Lots, only completed Contracts / Purchase / Work Orders, which are relevant to the equipment quoted, will be considered as the business done.

  • Successful suppliers who have been awarded a Framework Contract have been grouped into Lots and Sub-Lots ranging from research topic Lots 1 to 7 with Sub-Lots defined for types of research within each Lot.

  • RQA is the Ministry of Justice equivalent)  Research Manager (Customer) to identify Lot(s) or Sub-Lot(s) applicable to a particular research need.
