Sub-lessees definition
Sub-lessees means two companies incorporated in the PRC with limited liability, both of which are Independent Third Parties, which are the lessees under the Original Finance Lease Agreements
Sub-lessees means the Sub Lessees respectively of several Units and Parking spaces at the blocks A and B of the Complex and also their respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successor(s) or successors-in-office.
Sub-lessees. Allotteesshall mean the various Sub Lessees respectively of several Units and Parking spaces at the blocks A (Phase I ) of the Complex and also their respective or successors-in-interest and/ or assigns.
