The Hang Seng Index and each of the four Sub-indices of the Hang Seng Index (namely Hang Seng Finance Sub-Indices, Hang Seng Utilities Sub-indices, Hang Seng Properties Sub-index and Hang Seng Commerce & Industry Sub-indices (collectively “the Hang Seng Sub-indices”)), their representative marks, names and processes of compilation and computation are the exclusive property of and proprietary to Hang Seng Data Services Limited and are published, compiled by HSI Services Limited.
Where a Sub-Indices for the property category is unavailable the Sub-Indices all-types index has been used.

To account for subsequent price developments, the Guarantor has chosen to adjust the original market values of the Properties securing the Loans in the Covered Bond Portfolio by using the Teranet - National Bank House Price Index TM and the Teranet - National Bank Regional and Property Type Sub-Indices TM, available by subscription at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇.
