Sub-Field definition

Sub-Field means, individually, each of the Cardiovascular Field, the Oncology Field and the CNS Field.
Sub-Field is defined in Section 1.5 above.
Sub-Field means either a diagnostic or a therapeutic use of a Licensed Product.

  • Codexis covenants that it will not knowingly practice its licenses to the Enabling Technology and related Know-How, or its licenses to the Product Technology and related Know-How, for the purpose of developing or commercializing Products or Services for use outside the Codexis Field and/or the Reserved SubField.

  • All Supplemental Products in such agreed Category Summary shall be included in the Codexis Field (subject to the applicable SubField exclusions set forth on Exhibit G) for all purposes of this Agreement, as of the date of the applicable agreed Category Summary.

  • Within thirty (30) days following the SubField Inclusion Date, senior business representatives of MUS and Codexis shall jointly prepare a written summary identifying (i) those Supplemental Product(s) subject to Section 1.59(a) within Categories that have not become part of the Codexis Field, and (ii) those Categories and SubFields have become included in the Codexis Field.

  • Each progress reports in a particular Sub-Field will, from and after the first commercial sale of a Licensed Product within such Sub-Field, include only such information as is reasonably necessary to enable TSRI to comply with governmental reporting requirements applicable to TSRI.

  • TSRI shall not have the right to deliver such notice if and to the extent Licensee shall have achieved the applicable Benchmark with respect to the applicable Sub-Field specified in the then-current Commercial Development Plan.

  • Upon request by NovaCal, Alcon shall transfer to NovaCal some or all quantities of Licensed Products in such Sub-Field in its or its Affiliates’ possession (as requested by NovaCal), within thirty (30) days after the end of the Sub-Field Wind-Down Period; provided, however, that NovaCal shall reimburse Alcon for the out-of-pocket costs that Alcon actually incurred to Manufacture or otherwise acquire the quantities so provided to NovaCal.

  • This Agreement will commence upon the Effective Date and, except to the extent terminated pursuant to this ARTICLE XIII, shall continue in full force and effect on a Sub- Field-by-Sub-Field basis (i.e., for the Cardiovascular Field, CNS Field and Oncology Field) until none of Cephalon, its Affiliates or Marketing Partners is Developing or Commercializing a Product in the Territory in such Sub-Field.

  • Alcon shall promptly assign and transfer to NovaCal all Regulatory Filings for Licensed Products in such Sub-Field that are held or controlled by or under authority of Alcon or its Affiliates or Marketing Partners, and shall take such actions and execute such other instruments, assignments and documents as may be necessary to effect the transfer of rights under the Regulatory Filings to NovaCal.

  • This Agreement will commence upon the Effective Date and, except to the extent terminated pursuant to this ARTICLE XIII, shall continue in full force and effect on a Sub-Field-by-Sub-Field basis (i.e., for the Cardiovascular Field, CNS Field and Oncology Field) until none of Cephalon, its Affiliates or Marketing Partners is Developing or Commercializing a Product in the Territory in such Sub-Field.

  • X-ray field means that area of the intersection of the useful beam and any one of the set of planes parallel to and including the plane of the image receptor, whose perimeter is the locus of points at which the exposure rate is one-fourth of the maximum in the intersection.

  • Licensed Field means all fields of use.

  • Light field means that area of the intersection of the light beam from the beam-limiting device and one of the set of planes parallel to and including the plane of the image receptor, whose perimeter is the locus of points at which the illumination is one-fourth of the maximum in the intersection.
