Sub-Facility definition

Sub-Facility means, as of any date with respect to either Borrower, the lesser of (a) the excess, if any, of (i) the Total Facility on such date over (ii) the Outstanding Credit of the other Borrower on such date or (b) the Borrowing Base of such Borrower on such date.
Sub-Facility means any electrical generating unit or group of electrical generating units within a facility;
Sub-Facility means an Overdraft Facility or the Guarantee Facility in each case provided by a Facility 1 Lender in place of all or part of such Lender's Facility 1 Participation;

Examples of Sub-Facility in a sentence

  • Such Canadian Borrower shall have executed and delivered to the Revolver Agent a Revolving Facility Note or a Canadian Sub-Facility Note, as the case may be, for the account of each Lender that has requested a Note.

  • Within the limits of the Swing Line Sub-Facility and within the limits referred to in this Section 2.01(b), the Company may borrow under this Section 2.01(b), prepay pursuant to Section 2.06(d) and reborrow under this Section 2.01(b).

  • The Agent and the Lenders shall not be required to issue or cause the issuance of any Letter of Credit if, after giving effect thereto, the then aggregate outstanding amount of all Letter of Credit Obligations would exceed the Letter of Credit Sub-Facility Amount.

  • The maximum amount of Revolver Commitments available for use under the Canadian Sub-Facility shall be the then current Canadian Revolver Sublimit.

  • Upon the creation of any Acceding Borrower Sub-Facility, the Administrative Agent and Micro shall enter into any amendments to this Agreement that the Administrative Agent and Micro believe are necessary or appropriate to effectuate such Acceding Borrower Sub-Facility and Acceding Borrower Sub-Facility Reallocation.

  • The Administrative Agent shall give notice to all Lenders of the creation of an Acceding Borrower Sub-Facility.


More Definitions of Sub-Facility

Sub-Facility means any of the sub-facilities contributing to the Facilities listed at clause 17.2, or otherwise agreed by the Parties but not being itself a Facility. Supply has the same meaning as given in the A New Tax System (Goods & Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth).
Sub-Facility means a Facility comprised of the Japanese Sub-Facility Commitments, the Canadian Sub-Facility Commitments, the Italian Sub-Facility Commitments, the Singapore Sub-Facility Commitments, the Swiss Sub-Facility Commitments or any other Sub-Facility designated by the Company in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, as applicable. Each Sub-Facility is a sub-set of, and not in addition to, the Revolving Credit Facility.
Sub-Facility means the amounts from $500,000 to $900,000 drawn down under the Overadvance.
