Sub Debt Indenture definition

Sub Debt Indenture means the indenture, dated as of March 18, 1999, pursuant to which the Sub Debt Notes are issued, as the same may from time to time be amended, renewed, supplemented or otherwise modified.
Sub Debt Indenture means the indenture under which the Sub Debt has been issued.
