Sub-data Processor definition
Sub-data Processor means the third party service providers engaged by the Data Processor who interact with the Controller’s Data (in part or full) so as to assist the Data Processor in fulfilling its obligations with respect to providing the Services as per the Terms of Service.
Sub-data Processor means an organisation which the Data Processor uses to assist in its processing of personal data for a controller.
Sub-data Processor means any third party appointed to process Personal Data on behalf of the Data Processor under this Agreement;

Sub-data Processor means the third parties authorised under this Data Processing Agreement to process the Customer’s Personal Data for the purpose of providing part of the Data Processor Services and/or any related technical support.
Sub-data Processor means a body identified by the Processor to assist it in processing the Data Controller’s personal data in compliance with the obligations under this Contract.
