Sub-contractor / bidder definition
Sub-contractor / bidder means an entity to whom the Contractor / bidder subcontracts any part of the Works as per the applicable provisions of the Contract while the Contractor / bidder remains responsible to Employer for the whole and successful performance of the Contract.
