The Consultant and the Sub-Consultant agree that, insofar as the Sub-Consultant has performed a part of the Sub-Consultancy Services before the date of this Agreement, the obligations and liabilities of the Sub-Consultant under this Agreement shall take effect in all respects as if this Agreement had been dated prior to the commencement of that part of the Sub-Consultancy Services.
