Sub-concessions definition

Sub-concessions. : shall mean, under the provisions of Section 12.3 of the Concession Agreement, the granting by ThPA to contractors, services providers or other third parties, all or part of the rights of possession, use, management, maintenance, improvement and exploitation of the Concession Assets under the Concession Agreement subject to the conditions and obligations provided by it.
