Sub-Advisory Agreements definition

Sub-Advisory Agreements means the Guardian Capital Sub-Advisory Agreement and the Fiera Sub-Advisory Agreement, and “Sub-Advisory Agreement” means any one of them, as applicable;
Sub-Advisory Agreements means the Greenfield Sub-Advisory Agreement, the Rialto Sub-Advisory Agreement and any other sub-advisory agreement entered into by the Advisor with the consent of the Manager provided in accordance with the Manager LLC Agreement, as each such agreement may be amended from time to time.

  • The Trust and the Adviser contemplate that certain duties of the Adviser under this Agreement may be delegated to one or more investment sub-adviser(s) (the "Sub-Adviser(s)") pursuant to separate investment sub-advisory agreement(s) (the "Sub-Advisory Agreement(s)").
