Sub-Advisers definition

Sub-Advisers means each sub-advisers to the Trust.
Sub-Advisers means together AGF Investments LLC and Vident Investment Advisory, LLC (or individually, a “Sub-Adviser”).
Sub-Advisers means each of the funds sub-advisers.

Examples of Sub-Advisers in a sentence

  • It is understood that the services provided by such brokers may be useful to the Sub-Adviser in connection with the Sub-Adviser's services to other clients.

  • The Trust, or the Trust's authorized representatives (including the Adviser), shall have access to such books and records at all times during the Sub-Adviser's normal business hours.

  • The investment advisory services of the Sub-Adviser to the Fund under this Agreement are not to be deemed exclusive, and the Sub-Adviser shall be free to render similar services to other investment companies and clients (whether or not their investment objective and policies are similar those of the Fund) and to engage in other activities, provided that such other services and activities do not interfere with or impair the Sub-Adviser's ability to fulfill its duties and obligations under this Agreement.

  • The Trust acknowledges and agrees that the Adviser may delegate its responsibility to vote proxies for a Fund to the Fund’s Sub-Adviser(s).

  • Services to be furnished by the Sub-Adviser under this Agreement may be furnished through the medium of any of the Sub-Adviser's partners, officers or employees.

  • It is understood that the Adviser shall be responsible for the Sub-Adviser's fee for its services hereunder, and the Sub-Adviser agrees that it shall have no claim against the Trust or the Funds with respect to compensation under this Agreement.

  • The Sub-Adviser's right to object to such materials is limited to the portions of such materials that expressly relate to the Sub-Adviser, its services and its clients.

  • The fee will be calculated based on the average monthly market value of the Assets under the Sub-Adviser's management and will be paid to the Sub-Adviser monthly.

  • It is agreed that the Investment Manager's indemnification obligations under this Section 14 will extend to expenses and costs (including reasonable attorneys fees) incurred by the Sub-Adviser as a result of any litigation brought by the Investment Manager alleging the Sub-Adviser's failure to perform its obligations and duties in the manner required under this Agreement unless judgment is rendered for the Investment Manager.
