  • Upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Service Provider shall provide the SU Services or Oncor Services, as applicable, to the Service Recipient during the respective periods set forth in Exhibit A or Exhibit B, as applicable (unless such Services are earlier terminated pursuant to Section 11.3).

Related to SU Services

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Travel Services means transportation, accommodation or other travel arrangements including, without limitation, air, rail, bus passenger transportation, hotel accommodation and car hire services.
