STV Fund means Shell Technology Ventures Fund 1 B.V., a private company with limited liability incorporated under the laws of The Netherlands.

Except as expressly set forth above, Affiliates of STV Fund (other than its subsidiaries) shall not be subject to the restrictions set forth in this Section 12.03(a) or elsewhere in the Transaction Documents with respect to competing with the Company.
