Study-Unit definition
Study-Unit means a part of a Programme of Study carried out upon a syllabus approved by Senate, on the recommendation of the Board, to which a specified number of credits at an indicated level is assigned, and which is capable of separate assessment. Its description shall also include the methods of teaching and assessment and the lecturer(s) involved in the same Study-Unit; ‘Supervisor’ shall refer to the individual within the Company who: (a) serves as a point of contact within the Company for the Student; (b) conducts and/or make arrangements for the day-to-day supervision of the student; and (c) facilitates and participates in the assessment of the student.
