Study Start Date definition

Study Start Date means the esti- mated date on which the clinical trial will be open for recruitment of human subjects, or the actual date on which the first human subject was enrolled.
Study Start Date means the date set forth in Schedule “A”, as the earliest date on which the Recipient can begin incurring Study Costs;
Study Start Date as specified in accordance with Annex CS(chedule of Study).
