Study Product definition

Study Product means the registered therapeutic good that is the subject of the Study as set out in Schedule 1.
Study Product means, for a given Study, the therapeutic compound of Sponsor that is the subject of such Study, as well as any applicable placebo, potential product, or device administered as a result of the Protocol.

More Definitions of Study Product

Study Product means a pharmaceutical product containing API for use in the development of the Product by or on behalf of EICCOSE or its sublicensees under this Agreement that is (i) Bestatin (ubenimex) 30 mg Immediate Release Capsules (the currently marketed formulation in Japan) in commercial capsule form or unmarked capsule form, or (ii) any other pharmaceutical product containing API that is agreed by the Parties and supplied by KAYAKU to EICCOSE or its sublicensees.

Study Product means the drug(s), device(s), and/or other materials supplied by the INDUSTRY PARTNER, if any, identified in Appendix 1.
