Study Plans means the individual plan or the two plans together mutually agreed upon by the Parties for the evaluation of CTC Compounds. The Study Plans are attached as Appendix B.

Examples of Study Plans in a sentence

  • The Parties shall be entitled to enter into Study Plans during the period of time commencing on the Effective Date and expiring on the fifth (5th) anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • A description of 2021 Study Flows and potential impacts is described in the Final Study Plans (as defined below), but the full extent of impacts, intended and unintended, is not known at this time.

  • Revisions to students’ Study Plans due to late arrival will result in additional tuition costs and the student will be assessed a $250 administrative fee in accordance with Section 11.1, and may result in additional accommodations costs to the student.

  • If preliminarily terminating the SA, the CONTRACTOR undertakes to complete the Services according to the Study Plans agreed upon, and the CLIENT undertakes to pay the agreed price for such Services performed in accordance with this Agreement and the relevant Study Plan.
