Study Material definition

Study Material means all study material supplied by Hydraform.
Study Material all information offered by you or other users of the Platform on the Platform whether or not for payment. BooksBase is a company that offers an online Platform that gives [users the opportunity to connect with other users to buy and sell books offline and to share and publish documents] hereafter BooksBase. This Platform is defined further in terms of Use.

  • Licensor through the JDC shall discuss and consider in good faith any comments that Licensee may have with respect to the Phase 1 Study Material.

  • Subject to applicable subject confidentiality requirements, all data, results, and other information derived from the Study using the Study Material shall be the exclusive property of TG.

  • Sponsor shall provide Duke with sufficient amounts of any drug, device, placebo, or comparator drug or device to be investigated in a Study ("Study Material") to perform each Study on a timely basis.

  • Despite any improvements or additions incorporated in the Derivative Works, LICENSEE acknowledges that the only materials available to Registered Students during any LLQP licensing examination sessions will be the Study Material provided by LICENSOR.

Study Material means all the Materials and information created or arising in the course of the conduct of the Study and includes all data, results, Biological Materials, Case Report Forms (or their equivalent) in whatever form held, and conclusions, discoveries, inventions, know-how and the like, whether patentable or not relating to the Study which are discovered or developed as a result of the Study;
