Licensor through the JDC shall discuss and consider in good faith any comments that Licensee may have with respect to the Phase 1 Study Material.
The Site shall use the Study Material provided in connection with the Study, solely for the purpose of properly completing the Study and shall maintain the Study Material as specified by Sponsor and according to applicable laws and regulations, including storage in a locked, secured area at all times.

Despite any improvements or additions incorporated in the Derivative Works, LICENSEE acknowledges that the only materials available to Registered Students during any LLQP licensing examination sessions will be the Study Material provided by LICENSOR.
