Study Contract definition

Study Contract means the service contract for the provision of services which has as its sole or main object the elaboration of studies, mainly in the fields of spatial planning, urban planning, architecture and civil engineering works or data processing.
Study Contract means a service contract between a Contracting Authority and a service provider concerning e.g. identification and preparatory studies for projects, feasibility studies, economic and market studies, technical studies, evaluations and audits.

Related to Study Contract

  • Master Contract means the CATS Master Contract between the Maryland Department of Budget and Management and TO Contractor dated December 19, 2005.
