Student Use definition

Student Use means the installation and use of the Software by a Student in accordance with the Student License Option and applicable Installation Type acquired, only for the purpose of meeting classroom requirements of courses, self-study and personal research. For greater certainty, Student Use shall exclude use as an employee or otherwise for commercial gain, instruction, teaching, and commercial or academic research.
Student Use means a User occupying a Room pursuant to a Booking for the purposes of student accommodation whilst enrolled with a higher education institution for educational purposes;
Student Use. The license granted with this MOU allows named students within the UNIVERSITY to use the XXXX by DHI software for the sole purpose of undertaking an undergraduate thesis project or non-funded postgraduate research (Masters or PhD). Prior to any STUDENT USE, the UNIVERSITY shall ensure that the named student/s agrees to be bound by the terms of this license, including the XXXX by DHI License Agreement, by co-signing the Signing Page.  RESEARCH USE: The license granted with this MOU allows the UNIVERSITY to use the XXXX by DHI software for the purposes of non-funded research.
