Employee assigned to the contract means an employee who was hired after November 6, 1986, who is directly performing work, in the United States. An employee is not considered to be directly performing work under a contract if the employee—
prospective assignment means an assignment that is intended to be made in the future, upon the occurrence of a stated event, whether or not the occurrence of the event is certain;
Long Term Supply Assignment means, in relation to an employee,
Patent Assignment each patent collateral assignment agreement pursuant to which an Obligor assigns to Agent, for the benefit of Secured Parties, such Obligor’s interests in its patents, as security for the Obligations.
Teaching Hospital means a hospital that trains students to become physicians, nurses, or other health or laboratory personnel.
Intellectual Property Assignment has the meaning set forth in Section 3.02(a)(iii).
Intellectual Property Assignment Agreement means, with respect to each Specified Business, an agreement in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Seller and Buyer, providing for the assignment of the Transferred Intellectual Property Related to such Specified Business.
Template Call Off Terms means the template terms and conditions in Annex 2 to Framework Schedule 4 (Template Order Form and Template Call Off terms);
Subordinate joint force commander means a sub-unified commander or joint task force commander.
Affiliated Licensee Assignment The Broker has assigned (Selling Licensee) to work with Purchaser and (Listing Licensee) to work with Seller. Each shall be deemed to act for and represent exclusively the party to whom each has been assigned. Transaction Brokerage Disclosure Seller and Purchaser are aware that if they are not represented by a Broker they are each solely responsible for protecting their own interests. Seller and Purchaser acknowledge that the Broker may perform ministerial acts for either party as a Transaction Broker. Selling Broker’s Initials Purchaser’s Initials: / (or Broker’s Affiliated Licensee)
Dealer Assignment means, with respect to a Receivable, the executed assignment executed by a Dealer conveying such Receivable to AmeriCredit or an Originating Affiliate.
Teaching Staff means teachers and the principal or head teacher employed at the Academy.
graduate psychiatric nurse means a person whose name is entered on the register of graduate psychiatric nurses of the College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of Manitoba. The terms of this Agreement shall be applicable to the graduate nurse, the graduate practical nurse, graduate psychiatric nurse, and graduate nurse practitioner, except as otherwise specified in the Collective Agreement.
Hospital purchaser/provider agreement (HPPA agreement) means a negotiated agreement entered between the fund and the hospital for the cost of hospital treatment.
First Assignment means: the relevant Assignment; orif, prior to the relevant Assignment:
Intellectual Property Assignments has the meaning set forth in Section 3.02(a)(iv).
Third Party Agreement means an agreement with an Underwriting Third Party and/or a Claims Third Party.
Direct Assignment Facilities means facilities or portions of facilities that are constructed for the sole use/benefit of a particular Transmission Customer requesting service under the Tariff. Direct Assignment Facilities shall be specified in the Service Agreement that governs service to the Transmission Customer and shall be subject to Commission approval.
Qualified Medical Child Support Order means a Medical Child Support Order which creates (including assignment of rights) or recognizes an Alternate Recipient's right to receive benefits to which a Participant or Qualified Beneficiary is eligible under this Plan, and has been determined by the Plan Administrator to meet the qualification requirements as outlined under “Procedures” of this provision.
term assignment means, in relation to an employee, i. a term assignment within the meaning of the local collective agreement, or ii. where no such definition exists, a term assignment will be defined as twelve (12) days of continuous employment in one assignment
Technology Transfer Agreement has the meaning given in Section 2.2(e).
Collaborative agreement means a voluntary, written, or electronic arrangement between one

Patent Assignment Agreement means the Patent Assignment Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit G.
Tri-Party Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.4 hereof.
Joint Development Agreement has the meaning provided in Section 5.3.
