Student Record Information means any item of information (in any format, written, electronic, or other) that is directly related to an identifiable District pupil (current or former) and is maintained by the District or by a District employee in the performance of his or her duties.

  • In addition, any third party receiving Student Record Information from Recipient must agree in writing to all of the terms contained in this Agreement, and may only use Student Record Information for the performance of that third party’s Project-related responsibilities.
