Student occupied definition

Student occupied means the condition of a school building or grounds during regular school hours on a school day and shall also include one (1) hour before the beginning of the school day and one (1) hour following the end of the school day. For example, if a school day is from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., the school building or grounds is student occupied from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Examples of Student occupied in a sentence

  • After the fifth class day and before the UT Arlington Housing Office offers Student permanent space, you may cancel the Contract upon written notice and payment of the prorated amount under the Contract for the number of days that Student occupied the temporary space.

  • If the account is not satisfied within thirty (30) days of the last day the Student occupied the residence hall, the account will be sent to a collection agency.

  • If a Cancelation is completed after occupancy or the start of the official move in date for the academic term the Student will be entitled to a prorated refund of room fees based upon the number of nights the Student occupied the space through the regular withdrawal deadline published by the University.

  • The offer may not be for the same room as the Student occupied during the Tenancy Period and the Student will have no right to insist on being allocated any particular room.

  • If the University determines that Student is eligible for a partial refund of any Housing Fee payments made by Student to the University, Student understands that such refunds (if any) may result in the Housing Fee being prorated to correspond with the time period that Student occupied the Assigned Space.

  • The Student will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to 60 days of Residence fees, regardless of whether the Student occupied their Residence room during the 60 day period.

  • If Student’s Agreement was for a twelve (12) month rate and the Agreement is being terminated prior to the conclusion of the twelve (12) month term, Student may elect to (1) forfeit all amounts due under this License Agreement for the full twelve (12) months of the Agreement, or (2) be charged at the current less- than-twelve (12) month rate for each month Student occupied the Apartment.
