Student Loan Programs definition

Student Loan Programs means the student loan programs sponsored by the Depositor and its Affiliates for the origination, acquisition, holding, servicing and financing of Student Loans, which programs are governed by the Program Manuals.
Student Loan Programs means each of the programs for the origination of the Student Loans by each of the Loan Originators pursuant to the Loan Purchase Agreements. "Super-majority Owners" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.03.

  • Cooperative education program means a written voluntary agreement between and among districts to provide certain educational programs for pupils in certain groups of districts. The written agreement shall be approved by all affected districts at least annually and shall specify the educational programs to be provided and the estimated number of pupils from each district who will participate in the educational programs.

  • Student Loans means education loans to students and parents of students under the Federal Family Education Loan Program.

  • Purchased Student Loan means a Trust Student Loan which is, as of the close of business on the last day of a Collection Period, purchased by the Servicer pursuant to Section 3.5 of the Servicing Agreement or repurchased by the Depositor pursuant to Section 6 of the Sale Agreement, repurchased by SLC pursuant to Section 6 of the Purchase Agreement or sold to another eligible lender holding one or more Serial Loans with respect to such Trust Student Loan pursuant to Section 3.12E or Section 3.12F of the Servicing Agreement.

  • Community rehabilitation program means a program that provides directly or facilitates the provision of one or more of the following vocational rehabilitation services to individuals with disabilities to enable those individuals to maximize their opportunities for employment, including career advancement:

  • Rehabilitation Program means a written vocational rehabilitation program:

  • Individualized Education Program (IEP means a written statement for a student with a disability that is developed, reviewed, and revised in accordance with the Utah Special Education Rules and Part B of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).

  • Medicare Advantage plan means a plan of coverage for health benefits under Medicare Part C as defined in 42 U.S.C. 1395w-28(b)(1), and includes:

  • primary education means education offered in years numbered 1 to 7, both inclusive.

  • Postsecondary educational institution means a degree- or certificate-granting public or private college or university, junior college, or community college that is located in this state. The term includes the governing body of the postsecondary educational institution.

  • Qualifying Educational Program means a program at a post-secondary school level of not less than three consecutive weeks duration that requires each student taking the program to spend not less than 10 hours per week on courses or work in that program.

  • AML Program has the meaning ascribed thereto in Schedule 2.1(F)(8) hereof.

  • Limited Documentation Program The guidelines under which the Seller generally originates Mortgage Loans principally on the basis of the Loan-to-Value Ratio of the related Mortgage Loan and the creditworthiness of the Mortgagor.
