Student Home definition

Student Home means a single-family dwelling that provides domicile and living arrangements for three (3) to six (6) students, unrelated by blood, marriage, civil union, or legal adoption, that are matriculated students at a college or university, or that are in the process of attending a college or university, or any combination of such people. This term shall not be construed to include or be synonymous with the terms fraternity or sorority house, dormitory, homeless shelter or group home.
Student Home means, for the purposes of this Bylaw, a Dwelling containing three (3) or fewer Dwelling Units where any Dwelling Unit is occupied by four (4) or fewer Persons, regardless of age, unrelated by blood, marriage, or legal adoption, attending or about to attend a college or university, or who are on a semester, winter, or summer break from studies at a college or university, or any combination of such Persons. Student homes include living arrangements where the Owner(s) or Owner's family members are Occupants of the Dwelling Unit. Student homes do not include Dormitories, Fraternity Houses, Sorority Houses, apartments, boarding houses, or rooming houses.
