Student Exchange Program definition

Student Exchange Program refers to the reciprocal arrangement set out in this Agreement whereby each Party can send their Students to study at the other Party’s institution on a fee neutral basis and for credit towards a degree at his/her Home Institution; and

  • The Parties will consult annually to decide the number of students participating in the Student Exchange Program in the respective academic year, in order to ensure that a balance is achieved.

Student Exchange Program means the student exchange program established under this Agreement.

Related to Student Exchange Program

  • Option Exchange Program means a program whereby outstanding Options are surrendered in exchange for Options with a lower exercise price.

  • Exchange Program means a program under which (i) outstanding Awards are surrendered or cancelled in exchange for Awards of the same type (which may have higher or lower exercise prices and different terms), Awards of a different type, and/or cash, (ii) Participants would have the opportunity to transfer any outstanding Awards to a financial institution or other person or entity selected by the Administrator, and/or (iii) the exercise price of an outstanding Award is reduced or increased. The Administrator will determine the terms and conditions of any Exchange Program in its sole discretion.

  • Alternative program means a class or environment established within the regular educational program and designed to accommodate specific student educational needs such as, but not limited to, work-related training; reading, mathematics or science skills; communication skills; social skills; physical skills; employability skills; study skills; or life skills.

  • PACE Program means a program implemented by a municipality to stimulate energy efficiency and renewable energy projects in conformity with Act 270.

  • Investment Program means a Person for whom Shipper or a direct or indirect subsidiary of Shipper acts as a general partner, managing partner or manager and the securities of which have been offered and sold to investors.
