Student Director definition

Student Director means a director appointed in pursuance of article 67.6 or 67.12 as appropriate.
Student Director means a student currently studying with, or sabbatical officer of, a member appointed to the Board following an election process approved and adopted by the Board;
Student Director means a student who is recommended by the Physiotherapy students at UBC who is appointed by the Board of Director to serve on the Board.

Examples of Student Director in a sentence

  • The Student Director is elected by majority vote of the Members present and eligible to vote at a meeting at which quorum is met.

  • The Student Director serves a term of two years and may not serve any additional term as Student Director.
