Student Attendant definition

Student Attendant means an employee who is employed by an Employer to attend to the personal needs of students with special physical challenges by providing support to students related to mobility and personal care under the supervision of the School Principal or Designate.

Examples of Student Attendant in a sentence

  • The District will establish the position of Student Attendant to supervise students on buses and in cafeterias.

  • The Student Attendant shall work a minimum of seven (7) hours a day.

  • The District will utilize Student Attendant positions when feasible.

  • Student Attendant positions will be offered to current employees prior to offering the position to someone outside the District.
