Student Assistance Program definition

Student Assistance Program means a multi-disciplinary team that includes teachers, administrators, nurse and counselors. This team is trained to understand and work with adolescent chemical use, abuse and dependency. The team’s primary role is to identify, refer, and intervene when student chemical substance use, abuse, possession, and/or distribution is suspected.

Student Assistance Program means, in respect of each Project Province, the student assistance program, referred to in Part A(3) of the Project, to be included in said Project Province’s Education Program and established and operated pursuant to the provisions of Part B.2 of the Annex to Schedule 4 to this Agreement.

  • Medical Assistance Program means the medical assistance provided pursuant to Chapter 319v of the Connecticut General Statutes (CGS) and authorized by Title XIX of the Social Security Act. The program is also referred to as Medicaid.
