Student Applications definition

Student Applications means one or more software programs developed by Your Authorized Students for the Course in compliance with the iOS Developer Program University Student Agreement.

  • The parties acknowledge that this Agreement does not give Apple any ownership interest in Your Covered Products or any Student Applications or Student Passes.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Student Applications may only be distributed for use by Course participants on a limited number of Authorized Test Units (as specified in the Program web portal), Student Passes may only be distributed for use by Course participants for purposes of participation in the Course, and Student Safari Push Notifications may only be sent to the desktop of Course participants who have opted in to receive such Notifications through Safari on macOS.

  • Apple shall not be responsible for any costs, expenses, damages, losses (including without limitation lost business opportunities or lost profits) or other liabilities You may incur as a result of distributing Student Applications or Student Passes in this manner, or for Your failure to adequately manage, limit or otherwise control the access to and use of such Student Applications or Student Passes or Authorized Devices.

  • The University will make reasonable efforts to provide timely responses to inquiries and requests from the Representative regarding Student Applications and status.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Student Applications may only be distributed for use by Course participants on a limited number of Authorized Devices (as specified in the Program web portal), Student Passes may only be distributed for use by Course participants for purposes of participation in the Course, and Student OS X Website Push Notifications may only be sent to the desktop of Course participants who have opted in to receive such Notifications through Safari on OS X.

  • BU will mail International Student Applications for Short-term Studies, completely and legibly filled out, along with other pertinent materials to ______ (affiliate) on or before May 1, 2013.
