Under this Agreement, COUNTY shall provide reentry services for up to 6 (six) ODOC female inmates who have at least 60 days until release as determined by ODOC to post- prison supervision (PPS) or Short-term Transitional Leave (STTL) in Lane County.

For ODOC Inmates transferred to the County Facility who are eligible for STTL, COUNTY shall not release any ODOC Inmates to STTL without final authorization from ODOC.
COUNTY shall provide the ODOC Inmate with their STTL conditions prior to their release to STTL as well as their conditions of PPS and reporting instructions prior to the ODOC Inmate’s release.
Enrollment prior to release from the County Facility (for those eligible) will ensure ODOC Inmates have medical coverage once released to STTL or post- prison supervision.
County shall also ensure that the ODOC Inmate signs both their STTL conditions (if appropriate) and PPS conditions prior to release from the County Facility.
Notwithstanding eligibility criteria contained elsewhere in this Agreement, upon mutual agreement between parties, an ODOC Inmate may be transferred to the County Facility more than 60 days prior to release to STTL or PPS to accommodate transportation schedules or business needs.
ODOC Inmates shall meet the following criteria to be eligible for the Lane County Re-Entry program: • Convicted as an adult releasing from a ODOC Facility; • Female; • Score minimum or medium custody; • Must be eligible for work release pursuant to OAR 291-149, ORS 144.410 - 144.525 and ORS 137.750; • May be eligible for STTL under OAR 291-063, ORS 421.168, and ORS 137.750; • Be scheduled to release to Lane County.
However, under no circumstances shall COUNTY release an ODOC Inmate from the County Facility to STTL without receipt of ODOC Form CD 1595.
