Stryker definition

Stryker shall refer to either Stryker Corporation or the Affiliate of Stryker Corporation that issued the purchase order or material release to the Supplier. The term “Supplier” shall mean the entity or individual to whom Stryker has issued the purchase order or material release. The term “Product(s)” shall refer to the materials, supplies, items and/or equipment covered by this Agreement. The term “Services” shall refer to the work and/or services covered by this Agreement or performed during the course of performance of this Agreement.
