Structured learning means meaningful learning activities for students, which are planned and supported by qualified educators. Structured learning can be delivered in-person, virtually, or through a combination of both, and can include synchronous and asynchronous components that meet criteria set out by the Board. Any prevention, intervention, and remediation services that are required to be supplementary to a teaching day shall not be considered structured learning for the purpose of calculating teaching time.
