If the Assignor owns and acquires possession of any Municipal Instrument from and after the Municipal Loss Threshold Incurrence Date or any Structured Instrument from and after the Structured Loss Threshold Incurrence Date, the Assignor will within 10 days notify the Collateral Agent thereof, and upon request by the Collateral Agent promptly deliver such Instrument to the Collateral Agent appropriately endorsed to the order of the Collateral Agent as further security hereunder.
