STRUCTURED CONTRACT definition

STRUCTURED CONTRACT means any contract, agreement or understanding (other than a Hedge Contract) that commits one party or group of parties to the making or taking of delivery of specified Energy Commodities to or from another party or group of parties for a specified price or to make or receive a cash settlement of the value thereof.
