Structural Warranty definition

Structural Warranty has the meaning defined in Article 11 of this Contract.
Structural Warranty means insurance cover for the buyer of a newly built home, covering major faults in design or construction such as, but not limited to, subsidence, drainage or rain penetration;

Examples of Structural Warranty in a sentence

  • In addition, at Closing, Seller shall provide purchaser with a brochure or handbook from the NWP that states the terms of the Structural Warranty.

  • The Company agrees that it will cause each of its Subsidiaries other than Dominion Structural Warranty Company, LLC and Dominion Homes Financial Services, Ltd.

  • The Member shall be responsible for delivering the Limited Structural Warranty book and executed copy of the Detached Garage Enrollment form to the Customer as well as returning the executed Detached Garage Enrollment form (signed by both Member and Customer) to RWC.
