Structural Stability Certificate definition

Structural Stability Certificate means a certificate issued by Structural Engineer stating that the building has been constructed as per his design and under his supervision and that the building is stable and fit for occupation and shall comply with the relevant BIS Codes;
Structural Stability Certificate means a certificate issued by a Structural Engineer;
Structural Stability Certificate means a certificate issued by an Engineer stating that the building has been constructed as per his design and under his supervision and that the building is stable and fit for occupation.

Related to Structural Stability Certificate

  • Safety Certificate and “deemed Safety Certificate” have the meanings given to “safety certificate” and “deemed safety certificate” by the Railways and Other Guided Transport Systems (Safety) Regulations 2006;

  • Structural Engineer means the Engineer appointed or to be appointed from time to time by Promoter for the preparation of the structural design and drawings of the buildings .

  • Availability Certificate means a certificate substantially in the form of Annex 3 hereto, appropriately completed and duly signed by your Authorized Officer.

  • Capital Security Certificate means a definitive Certificate in fully registered form representing a Capital Security substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1.
