Structural Plans definition

Structural Plans means 100% fully coordinated and complete, Permittable, and accurate structural plans, schedules and specifications, if any, for the Leasehold Improvements prepared by the Structural Engineer in accordance and in compliance with the requirements of any authority having jurisdiction over or with respect to such plans, schedules and specifications, which are complete, accurate, consistent, and fully coordinated with and implement and carry out the Architectural Plans.

Structural Plans means plans prepared and stamped by a state of Washington licensed professional structural engineer drawn at a scale approved by the building official clearly indicating the information required by the “permits” section of the currently adopted International Building Code and Chapter 19.27 RCW (State Building Code Act, statewide amendments), and city submittal forms including: structural members labeled as to size and spacing as well as bracing, blocking, bridging, special connectors, and anchor bolts; cross-section details, as needed, to show typical foundation, floor, wall, ceiling and roof construction; insulation of walls, floors and roof/ceiling; and details of stairs, fireplaces and special construction, if any.

  • Building Plans mean the general building plans and specifications in respect of the Development or in respect of any part or parts of the Development prepared by the Authorized Person and approved by the Building Authority and includes any approved amendments thereto;

  • Systems and Equipment means any plant (including any central plant), machinery, transformers, duct work, cable, wires, and other equipment, facilities, and systems designed to supply heat, ventilation, air conditioning and humidity or any other services or utilities, or comprising or serving as any component or portion of the electrical, gas, steam, plumbing, sprinkler, communications, alarm, lab, security, or fire/life safety systems or equipment, or any other mechanical, electrical, electronic, computer or other systems or equipment which serve the Building and/or any other building in the Project in whole or in part.

  • Landscape architect means a person who holds a license to practice landscape architecture in the state of California Business and Professions Code, Section 5615.

  • As built plans means drawings depicting conditions as they were actually constructed.

  • Landscape waste means any vegetable or plant waste except garbage. The term includes trees, tree trimmings, branches, stumps, brush, weeds, leaves, grass, shrubbery, and yard trimmings.

  • Infrastructure Improvements means a street, road, sidewalk, parking facility, pedestrian mall, alley, bridge, sewer, sewage treatment plant, property designed to reduce, eliminate, or prevent the spread of identified soil or groundwater contamination, drainage system, waterway, waterline, water storage facility, rail line, utility line or pipeline, transit-oriented development, transit-oriented property, or other similar or related structure or improvement, together with necessary easements for the structure or improvement, owned or used by a public agency or functionally connected to similar or supporting property owned or used by a public agency, or designed and dedicated to use by, for the benefit of, or for the protection of the health, welfare, or safety of the public generally, whether or not used by a single business entity, provided that any road, street, or bridge shall be continuously open to public access and that other property shall be located in public easements or rights-of-way and sized to accommodate reasonably foreseeable development of eligible property in adjoining areas. Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Demolition waste means that solid waste that is produced by the destruction of structures, or their foundations, or both, and includes the same materials as construction waste.

  • as constructed plans means as constructed plans as defined in the Building Code;

  • Site Improvements means any construction work on, or improvement to, streets, roads, parking facilities, sidewalks, drainage structures and utilities.

  • Facade means the entire building wall including a parapet;

  • Substitute Improvements means the substitute or additional improvements of the Issuer described in Article V hereof.
