Structural Capability definition

Structural Capability or “Structural Capacity” means, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any other standard, code, regulation or law, up to and not exceeding a literal 100% of the designed loading and stress capability of the support structure.
Structural Capability or “Structural Capacity” means, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any other standard, code, regulation or law, 100% of the designed loading and stress capability of the Telecommunications Structure under all conditions of wind, ice, snow or accidental collisions or other physical stress which may occur under the worst expected conditions.

Related to Structural Capability

  • Alternate Fuel Capability means a situation where an alternate fuel could have been utilized whether or not the facilities for such use have actually been installed; provided however, where the use of natural gas is for plant protection, feedstock or process uses and the only alternate fuel is propane or other gaseous fuel, then the Buyer will be treated as if he had no alternate fuel capability.

  • technical capacity means the maximum firm capacity that the transmission system operator can offer to the network users, taking account of system integrity and the operational requirements of the transmission network;

  • capability , in relation to an employee, means his capability assessed by reference to skill, aptitude, health or any other physical or mental quality, and

  • Structural as herein used shall mean any portion of the Leased Premises, Building or Common Areas of the Complex which provides bearing support to any other integral member of the Leased Premises, Building or Common Areas of the Complex such as, by limitation, the roof structure (trusses, joists, beams), posts, load bearing walls, foundations, girders, floor joists, footings, and other load bearing members constructed by Landlord.
