Structural Assessor definition
Structural Assessor means a professionally qualified structural engineer acting as independent adviser appointed by the Contractor for the purpose of carrying out the function of the structural assessor as herein provided including, but not limited to, the issue of the Structural Design Compliance Certificate (BSCS C2);
