structural adequacy definition

structural adequacy means the ability of the design of the building or structure including its material and components to resist loads determined in accordance with AS 1170- loading codes parts 1 to 4, and the materials and forms of construction complies with Australian Standards identified in Clause B1.3 of the Building Code of Australia.

  • Capital Adequacy Requirement shall have the meaning given to that term in Section 2.11(d).

  • Resource Adequacy means the procurement obligation of load serving entities, including Buyer, as such obligations are described in CPUC Decisions D.▇▇-▇▇-▇▇▇ and D.▇▇-▇▇-▇▇▇ and subsequent CPUC decisions addressing Resource Adequacy issues, as those obligations may be altered from time to time in the CPUC Resource Adequacy Rulemakings (R.) ▇▇-▇▇-▇▇▇ and (R.) ▇▇-▇▇-▇▇▇ or by any successor proceeding, and all other Resource Adequacy obligations established by any other entity, including the CAISO.

  • Resource Adequacy Requirements has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3.

  • Capital Adequacy Rule means any law, rule, regulation, guideline, directive, requirement or request regarding capital adequacy, or the interpretation or administration thereof by any governmental or regulatory authority, central bank or comparable agency, whether or not having the force of law, that applies to any Related Lender. Such rules include rules requiring financial institutions to maintain total capital in amounts based upon percentages of outstanding loans, binding loan commitments and letters of credit.

  • Capital Adequacy Regulation means any guideline, request or directive of any central bank or other Governmental Authority, or any other law, rule or regulation, whether or not having the force of law, in each case, regarding capital adequacy of any Lender or of any corporation controlling a Lender.
