text means the Short Message Service also commonly known as 'text messaging'. A chargeable unit (a text) is a message up to 160 characters long. If a message exceeds 160 characters, it will be charged in multiples of the unit charge.
Language means all documents and correspondence in respect of this contract shall be in English Language.
Neutral ’ means an individual who, with respect to an issue in controversy, functions specifically to aid the parties in resolving the controversy;
Panel means the Panel on Takeovers and Mergers;
Modified Version of the Document means any work containing the Document or a portion of it, either copied verbatim, or with modifications and/or translated into another language.
CPR means cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
Delete means to remove or obliterate Personal Data such that it cannot be recovered or reconstructed, and “Deletion” shall be construed accordingly.
Arbitrator means the authority nominated by Chief General Manager (CGM) for arbitration.
Stalking means engaging in a course of conduct directed at a specific person that would cause a reasonable person to fear for his or her safety or the safety of others, or to suffer substantial emotional distress.
Mediator means an individual who conducts a mediation.
Arbitrators has the meaning set forth in Section 11.5.3.
Arbitral Tribunal means a sole arbitrator or a panel of arbitrators;
Tribunal means any government, any arbitration panel, any court or any governmental department, commission, board, bureau, agency or instrumentality of the United States or any state, province, commonwealth, nation, territory, possession, county, parish, town, township, village or municipality, whether now or hereafter constituted or existing.
Game has the meaning ascribed to that term in the Control Act;
Clearly and prominently means as follows:
Strike means any organized and legally sanctioned labor disagreement resulting in a stoppage of work: (a) as a result of a combined effort of workers which was unannounced and unpublished at the time travel services were purchased; and (b) which interferes with the normal departure and arrival of a Common Carrier.
Initiating tribunal means the tribunal of a state or foreign country from which a petition or comparable pleading is forwarded or in which a petition or comparable pleading is filed for forwarding to another state or foreign country.
Judge means a Judge of the Court;
Games Team means the New Zealand Team at the Games selected in accordance with the NZOC Selection Policy for the Games.
Version means a release of software that contains new features, enhancements, and/or maintenance updates, or for certain software, a collection of revisions packaged into a single entity and, as such, made available to our customers. Relocation and impact on Support. Relocation of any products under support is your responsibility and is subject to local availability and fee changes. Reasonable advance notice to HPE may be required to begin support after relocation. For products, any relocation is also subject to the license terms for such products. Multi-vendor Support. HPE provides support for certain non-HPE branded products. The relevant data sheet will specify availability and coverage levels and the support will be provided accordingly, whether or not the non-HPE branded products are under warranty. HPE may discontinue support of non-HPE branded products if the manufacturer or licensor ceases to provide support for them.
Scheduled Reference Date means any original date that, but for the occurrence of an event causing a Disrupted Day, would have been a Reference Date.
the Tribunal means the Upper Tribunal (Tax and Chancery Chamber).
The word after" means "from but excluding," the words "to" and "until" mean "to but excluding," and the word "through" means "to and including." Likewise, in setting deadlines or other periods, "by" means "by." The words "preceding," "following," and words of similar import, mean immediately preceding or following. References to a month or a year refer to calendar months and calendar years.
Strike Date means 12 March 2014, subject to postponement in accordance with the following provisions. If on the Strike Date the Reference Price of an Underlying is not determined and published or if on the Strike Date a Market Disruption Event with respect to an Underlying occurs, then the next following Exchange Business Day on which the Reference Price of such Underlying is determined and published again and on which a Market Disruption Event with respect to such Underlying does not occur will be deemed to be the relevant Strike Date for such Underlying.
PLA means a product license application, or with respect to any product license application already filed as of the Effective Date a supplemental product license application thereto, filed with the United States FDA, or the equivalent regulatory filing required to be filed with the regulatory authorities in any other jurisdiction outside the United States.
Your Content means all software, data (including Personal Data), text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-Oracle or third party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Services under this Agreement, Oracle Software, other Oracle products and services, and Oracle intellectual property, and all derivative works thereof, do not fall within the meaning of the term “Your Content.” Your Content includes any Third Party Content that is brought by You into the Services by Your use of the Services or any Oracle-provided tools.
