Striket definition
Striket means, in respect of Observation Datet, an amount determined by the Calculation Agent as the arithmetic average of the levels of the Reference Volatility Index as published by the Reference Exchange on such Observation Datet every 5 minutes from and including 12.00 hours to and including 13.00 hours, Eastern Standard Time, divided by 100, minus 1.20 per cent. as determined by the Calculation Agent.
