Strike Prohibition definition

Strike Prohibition. The Union agrees that during the term of this Agreement and in negotiations for the renewal of this Agreement, neither the Union, its agents nor its members will authorize, instigate, aid, condone, or engage in a strike, slowdown or any other concerted interference (including but not limited to “blue flu”) with the operation of the Employer. The Employer shall have the right to discipline up to and including discharge, any Employee who participates in, or gives leadership to, any activity prohibited by this Section. All new hires to the ASD program moving forward will receive Special Education pay.
