Stretch Lab Brand definition
Stretch Lab Brand means the intellectual property (other than intellectual property of de minimis value) and material assets associated with the “Stretch Lab” franchise, including, as of the Closing Date, the Material Intellectual Property and Franchise Agreements held by Stretch Lab Franchise, LLC and Stretch Lab Franchise SPV, LLC.
