Street side yard definition

Street side yard. : means the side yard of a corner lot that is adjacent to a street, extending across the full width of the lot and measured between the rear line of the lot and nearest line of the main building.
Street side yard means a side yard on the street side of a corner lot.
Street side yard means a yard extending along the street side of a corner lot from the front lot line to the rear lot line, and to a depth specified by this title for the district in which it is located and measured inward from the street side lot line.

  • Street side yard setback: Five (5) feet on a through street or a corner lot abutting a street.
